Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identifying and reaching out to potential clients for digital marketing services through targeted calls.
Campaign Promotion: Effectively explaining and promoting digital marketing solutions, including Bulk SMS, Bulk WhatsApp, and social media services.
Client Consultation: Understanding clients' marketing needs and offering tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
Sales Conversion: Closing deals and securing contracts by addressing client objections and highlighting the benefits of digital marketing strategies.
Follow-Up: Regularly following up with leads and clients to nurture relationships and ensure satisfaction with digital marketing services.
Market Research: Staying informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to clients.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of calls, client interactions, and sales progress in CRM systems for analysis and strategy refinement.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in telecalling or telesales with a strong sales track record.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle objections effectively.
Strong verbal communication skills and persuasive abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
